It is the new frontier of mobile communication: today it is possible to have access to streaming contents with a system different from DVB-H; this system is the IP Mobile TV, that has a plus compared to DVB-H, that is worldwide coverage. In fact streaming on IP protocol can reach any country in the world where there is a GPRS (or equivalent) broadcast capacity of 40 Kbps at least, and 50 Kbps maximum. With this bandwidth it is possible to have an excellent TV signal, with a video resolution of 320x240 pixels maximum, because the display of mobile devices is obviously small.
It is now possible to work on data compression, so that in the future mobile phones can be used as decoders and connected to the TV, allowing users to see video contents, even in high resolution, with the highest comfort. Concerning Mobile Radio, the most advanced technologies have already made Hi-Fi listening possible, with only 18 Kbps of GPRS broadband occupied.

There is a total availability of streaming, both in Live and in On Demand options; it is also multi-accessible, namely it can be used by every device that is connected to the Web.
