Technical equipment in the outplay station:
1 encoding PC with video acquisition card, 1 ADSL connection, 4 Mb in download and 512 Kb in upload, with minimum guaranteed band of 256 Kb and with dynamic IP.
With this equipment, Web TV "Z" makes streaming towards the SUPERStreaming distibution platform with a bitrate of 312 Kbps.
In this case, Radio Y is quite sure not to have any problem, because it exceeds of about 22% the value of the minimum guaranteed band and it is far from the nominal maximum band (512 Kbps). Moreover, in case of reduction of the bandwidth to 256 Kbps , the webplayer has the capability to store signal data to keep the streaming continuos.

Technical equipment in the outplay station:
1 encoding PC with audio acquisition card, 1 ADSL connection, 2 Mb in download and 256 Kb in upload, with minimum guaranteed band of 64 Kb and with dynamic IP.
With this equipment, Web Radio "Y" can transmit signal towards the SUPERStreaming distibution platform with a bitrate of 64 Kbps.
In this case, Radio Y doesn't run any risk, because the band required for the transmission is wholly guaranteed by the internet provider supplier of the ADSL.
